1 c. Butter (softened)
1 c. Vegetable Oil
1 c. Brown Sugar
1 c. White Sugar
1 Egg
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
1/2 tsp.n butter flavoring
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. coconut
1 c. rice krispies
1- 6 ounce pkg. chocolate chips

Cream butter, oil and sugars. Add egg and flavorings. Add flour and the rest of ingredients.

Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes or until lightly browned in 350 oven.
