1 bag (12oz.) fresh cranberries
2 tart apples, granny smith work well
1 pear, slightly ripe
½ c. golden raisins
1 c. sugar
½ c. fresh orange juice
1 tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. nutmeg
¼ c. Grand Marnier® liquor

Peel and dice apples and pear into cubes a little bigger than the cranberries. Wash and cull the cranberries. Combine all the ingredients EXCEPT THE GRAND MARNIER in a large, heavy pot. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes. Chutney should be thick. Remove from heat and cool to warm. Stir in Grand Marnier. Refrigerate covered until served.
