1 c. Water
1/2 c. Butter or Margarine
1 c. Sifted all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. Salt
4 Eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in 1 cup boiling water. Add flour and salt all at once; stir vigorously. Cook and stir until mixture forms a ball that doesn't separate. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each until smooth.

Drop by heaping tablespoons, 3 inches apart, on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 450º for 15 minutes. Then reduce heat to 325º and continue baking for 25 minutes. Remove from oven. Split. Turn the oven off. Put the cream puffs back in to dry...about 20 minutes. Cool on rack.

Add your favorite filling, such as pudding or whipped cream. Enjoy!
