1 cup mashed potatoes
1.5 cups lukewarm water
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup shortening
2/3 cup sugar
1.5 tsp. salt
6 to 7 1/2 cups flour
3 envelopes quick rise yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Let raise until double. Punch down and let raise again. Roll out and add melted butter and cinnamon and sugar. Spray Pam in round pan and use melted butter and brown sugar to make the caramel sauce. Put pecans over sauce; add rolls. let raise about half an hour before putting in oven.

Bake at 350º for 25 minutes
