Ingredients:	Ingredients: Crust: 1/2 c.+ miniature chocolate chips 1/3 c. butter 1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 c. uncooked quick oatmeal 1/2 c. flour 1/2 c. brown sugar Filling: 16 oz. cream cheese, softened 2/3 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs 1/2 c. sour cream 3/4 c. miniature chocolate chips Topping: 1/3 c. caramel ice cream topping 1 tbsp. flour

Directions:	Directions: Crust: Melt chocolate chips and butter in microwave. Cool slightly. Stir in oats, flour, and brown sugar. Mix well. Press in bottom and 1" of sides of 9" spring form pan (or 8 1/2 x 11 pan). Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla 'til smooth. Add eggs, one at a time. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour over unbaked crust. Topping: Stir flour into caramel topping and blend. Drizzle this mixture over filling and swirl with a knife tip. Bake 45-50 minutes in 350º oven. Cool at least 6 hours.
