1/2 Chicken
2 to 3 cups chopped celery
2 to 3 cups chopped onion
2 to 3 cups chopped carrots
2 to 3 chicken bouillon cubes
2 to 3 Tbsp. Parsley
Salt and Pepper to taste
Kluski Noodles

Directions:
Directions:
In large pot, fill with 2-3 quarts of water - enough to cover chicken. Put in 1/2 the celery and onion with a little salt and pepper and bring to slow boil. Cook for about 30-45 minutes just until chicken is done. Don't over cook. Pull out chicken and put in dish to cool before cutting meat off bone. In same pot, put in remaining vegetables, parsley, salt, pepper and bouillon cubes. Cook until carrots are just tender. Add chicken.
