3 c. mashed, cooked sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. milk

Topping:
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cut up about 4 medium sized sweet potatoes. Put them in a boiler with enough water to cover the top of them. Boil them until the are super tender. Drain the water off and mash up, measuring out about 3 cups. Add above ingredients to mashed potatoes. Spread this mixture into a 13x9 baking dish, put the topping on and then bake at 350 for 25 - 30 minutes.
