2# Frozen Hash Browns, thawed
1 stick margarine, melted (I only use 1/2 stick)
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
16 oz. Sour Cream
8 oz. Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated (may use more and/or a grated cheese of your choosing)

Topping: Potato chips, corn flakes or Ritz crackers, crushed.

Directions:

Mix potatoes, soup & sour cream, then add melted margarine and cheese.
Pat into a 9X13" baking dish.
Cover with topping.
Bake @ 375º for 1 hour.
