4 1/2 c. quick oatmeal
1/2 c. sliced almonds
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. shelled pumpkin seeds
1 T. coarse salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oatmeal, nuts, salt in a large bowl. Make a well in center of dry ingredients. In a saucepan mix 1/2 c. butter, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. pure maple syrup, 3 T. water. Heat until mixture comes to a boil. Pour into well in dry iingredients Stir gently till all is coated. Divide on 2 baking sheets. 300º oven, stir every 15 minutes until golden brown and dry for approximately 1 hour. Let cool. Can add dried cranberries or other dried fruit. Can use other nuts. Store in airtight container 2 - 3 weeks. MUST USE PURE MAPLE SYRUP!
