2 tablespoons olive oil blend
6 6-oz chicken breast no skin, no bone, R-T-C
¼ cup lime juice fresh
¼ cup orange juice
1 tablespoon chili powder or to taste
3 cloves garlic minced fine
1 each onion chopped fine
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk oil, orange and lime juices, chili powder, onion and garlic. Add chicken breasts and
turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
Remove chicken breasts from marinade, discard marinade. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Grill until chicken is cooked through, turning occasionally, until done, 165 degrees internal
temperature.
