4 ounces pancake syrup maple flavored
4 ounces chili sauce canned
2 ounces cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
12 5 oz chicken breast, no skin, no bone
to taste salt and pepper
2 tablespoons oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine pancake syrup, chili sauce, vinegar and mustard in small saucepan until well
blended. Brush chicken with oil; season with salt and pepper.
Grill (or roast) until cooked through (165 degrees internal temperature), turning
occasionally and brushing generously with sauce, about 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
Serving Ideas: Traditional accompaniments like coleslaw, baked beans and brown bread
are ideal with the Vermont-style chicken.
NOTES : If chili sauce is not available, try ½ ketchup and ½ BBQ sauce.
