1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. water
1/2 c. sweet cream
1 c. milk
2 T. cornstarch
1 egg yolk
meringue
baked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Boil raisins, sugar and water for a few minutes. Add cream and milk, bring to boil. Mix cornstarch to hot mixture, boil until it thickens. Beat 1 egg yolk and fold into hot mixture. Cool in baked pie shell, top with meringue.
