2 1/2- 3 lb. pork roast
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 lg. diced onion
2 bottles Green Ortega taco sauce
1 can diced green chili peppers
1/4 c. fresh cilantro
1/2 c. Old Westport Chili Verde seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Rub some of the Chili Verde Seasoning on roast. Put roast in slow cooker. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over roast. Cook on low 8-10 hours.
