3 eggs
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
1 tsp. soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup nuts
2 cups grated zucchini, packed
Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs until light. Add flour, sugar, oil and soda. Then add cinnamon, vanilla, and salt . Stir in zucchini and nuts.
Pour into 2 loaf pans. Bake at 325º for 60 minutes.
