1 lb. Jimmy Dean Regular Pork Sausage
2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. flour
2-3 Tbsp. fat drippings from frying sausage
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet break sausage up and fry over medium heat until brown. Drain all but 2-3 T drippings. Add flour and stir to brown the flour which cooks out the flour taste. Add salt and pepper. Slowly add the milk and bring to a boil. Adjust seasonings to desired taste. If too dry, add more milk. Serve over biscuits or Texas Toast. Yield: 3-4 servings
