8 eggs, separated
4 heaping tbsp. flour
3 c. sugar
4 tsp vanilla
7c. milk
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and sugar with enough milk to make a paste. Beat egg yolks and add to milk. Cook all in the top of a double boiler until it thickens.
( 15 minutes or so) Let cool and add vanilla.

Beat egg whites and 1/2 c. sugar until stiff. Place a spoonful on top of pudding.
