1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1 egg
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 c. flour
FROSTING:
1/2 c. butter
4 oz. cream cheese
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1-3 tbsp. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Blend with mixer until smooth, sugar, butter, cream cheese and egg. Add almond extract and vanilla and beat 1 minute. Add baking soda, baking powder and flour. Beat for 2 minutes. Spread and press in a 13x18 inch pan. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Let cool completely.
FROSTING: Beat butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla and milk. Beat 4 minutes. Add food coloring if desired and frost bars.
