2/3 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1 1/3 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1 pkg. (16 oz. - 1 cup) butterscotch morsels
1 jar (12 oz. - 1 1/4 cup) peanut butter
3 cup corn flakes

Directions:

Cream butter. Add brown sugar; cream well. Blend in flour. Press into bottom of ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350º for 15-20 minutes. Combine sugar and corn syrup in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil; remove from heat. Add butterscotch morsels and peanut butter. Stir until melted. Stir in corn flakes. Spread over base. Cool. Cut into bars.
