Large head of romaine
15 ounce can of black beans, rinsed and drained
1 large orange bell pepper
1 pint cherry tomatoes
2 cups corn (if using frozen, thaw first)
5 green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Finely chop romaine lettuce, bell pepper, tomatoes and green onions. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix to combine, toss with desired dressing. **there is a good recipe for Cilantro-Lime dressing that works well with this salad**
