2 pounds chicken (thighs are the best)
1 pound fresh asparagus, ends trimmed and cut into 2 inch pieces
1/2 teaspoon seasoning mix
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons butter
6 ounce box of chicken flavored stuffing mix

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Place chicken in pot and cover with water, bring to a boil, reduce the heat to medium and cook for 30 minutes until cooked through. Remove the chicken to a plate and cool, reserve 1 1/2 cup of the broth from the pot. Place the cut asparagus in the bottom of a 2.5 quart baking dish and sprinkle with the seasoning mix. Shred or chop the chicken and place on top of the asparagus. Mix together the soup, mayonnaise and parmesan cheese, pour over the top of the chicken, heat the reserved liquid and add the butter to melt, pour in the stuffing mix and allow to absorb the liquid for 2 minutes, stirring with a fork. Spoon this over the top of the casserole, bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
