2 lbs. fresh Ahi tuna - cut into ½ to ¾ inch cube pieces
chopped green onion (top) to taste
1/2 diced sweet onion (prefer Maui onion or any sweet onion available)
2 oz. chopped ogo (seaweed – available online through Amazon or direct from NOH company. This ingredient is not needed unless you LOVE the taste of ogo)
1 tsp. red chili flakes
2 tbs. regular soy sauce
2 tbs. sesame oil
Hawaiian red salt to taste (comes with NOH ogo packet otherwise use coarse salt)
Kukui nut (inamona or ‘candle nuts’ – able to substitute crushed macadamia nut. This ingredient is not needed)

In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Toss gently. Sprinkle more chopped green onion tops and sesame seeds for garnish.
