3 cups penne pasta
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 8 oz. cream cheese, softened and cubed
1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese, divided
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 cups cooked chicken breast
3/4 cup cooked crumbled bacon
3/4 cup cubed cooked ham
3 T. dry bread crumbs

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook pasta, drain. In a large sauce pan, heat cream and cream cheese until smooth, stirring occasionally. Stir in 1 cup cheese, onion powder, garlic salt and pepper. In a large bowl, combine chicken, bacon, ham and pasta. Add sauce, toss to coat. Transfer to a 13 x 9 pan. Sprinkle with remaining cheese, top with bread crumbs. Bake, uncovered 18-22 minutes.
