1 package of frozen mixed vegetable
3 c. cooked chicken breast cubed
1 med, onion chopped
2/3 c. Butter
1/3 c. Flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
2/3 c. Milk1 3/4 c. Chicken Broth
1 package pre-made pie crust ( 2 crusts)
1 egg for egg wash

optional: add can of potatoes, or parboiled potatoes

Roast chicken @425º for 25 min.

In a large pan, melt butter, stir in flour, onion, salt and pepper until thick. Stir in broth and milk and boil for 1 min. Stir in chicken and vegetables. Remove from heat. Pour into 13x9 greased pan and top with both crusts that have been cut into strips. Cut holes in the top of the crust for ventilation. Brush on beaten egg. Bake @ 425º for 45 to 55 min.

To cook the chicken, I rub it in oil and salt and pepper and bake it or i have used rotisserie chicken.
