1 c. onion chopped
1 c. Carrot chopped
1 c. Celery chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
4 cooked Chicken Breasts or 1 1/2 pounds of cooked chicken ( I use Rotisserie )
6 c. Chicken Stock
2 c. Flour
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
4 eggs
1/8 to 1/4 c. Milk

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot, Sauté vegetables until soft in 1TBS vegetable oil and add garlic powder, chicken and stock. Bring to a boil.
Combine flour, salt and baking powder and add to beaten eggs. Add milk to make dough . Drop batter into boiling broth a teaspoon at a time. Bring back to a boil. Cover and reduce heat to simmer. Simmer 15 min. Do not open lid so the dumplings can steam adequately.
