2-3 Lb potatoes I have used Fingerling, Baby Red and Yukon Gold.
3 cloves of garlicchopped
1 med. onion chopped
2 packages of dry Lipton onion soup
1/4 c.olive oil
1/2 c. butter cut into small pieces
Directions:
Directions:
Cut potatoes into bite size pieces. In bowl mix potatoes,garlic, onion, soup mix and oil. Cover a cookie sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray. Place potatoes in prepared pan and spread evenly. Dot with butter
Bake @ 425º for 45 min to 1 hour until browned.
