8 chicken breasts, 2 lbs.)
8 slices deli ham
4 slices provolone, halved
2/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Flatten chicken to 1/4" thickness. Place slice of ham and half slice of cheese on each piece of chicken. Roll up from short sides and tuck in ends; secure with toothpick. In a shallow bowl, combine crumbs, grated cheese and parsley. Pour milk into another bowl. Dip chicken roll in milk, then roll in crumb mixture. You can wrap and freeze up to two months. Place remaining roll ups, seam side down on a greased baking sheet. Spritz chicken with non-stick cooking spray. Bake, uncovered at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.
