4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 T. butter, softened
1 tsp. dried thyme
4 slices deli ham
4 slices Swiss cheese
8 slices bacon
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Flatten chicken breasts, spread butter on insides. Sprinkle with thyme. Top with a slice of ham and cheese, roll up tightly. Wrap each with 2 slices bacon and secure with toothpicks. In a small bowl, beat eggs and milk, set aside. Place flour in bowl, set aside. Combine bread crumbs, garlic powder, oregano and cheese. Dip each chicken breast into egg, flour, egg and then into crumbs. Place on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
