1 6 oz. Chicken Stove Top Stuffing
1 1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/3 cup sour cream
1 16 oz. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare stuffing mix according to directions, set aside. Mix chicken, soup, sour cream and vegetables in a 13 x 9 pan, top with stuffing. Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
