1/2 c (1 stick) margarine or butter
1 large green cabbage, cored, chopped
1 medium cauliflower, cut in small flowerettes
7 c chicken broth or stock
1 c light cream
1/2 c (2 oz) Roquefort cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
In large saucepan oven medium heat, melt margarine. Add cabbage and stir to coat well. Cook over low heat until tender, about 10 minutes, stirring often. Add cauliflower and broth. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, covered, about 40 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Pour cream and cheese in blender; process until smooth. Slowly stir into soup. Season with salt and pepper. Cook over low heat until hot; do not boil. Serve hot or cold.
