Dressing:
6 T olive oil
2 T sherry vinegar
1 tsp garlic poweder
2 T Fresh Cilantro
1/2 tsp salt
10 grinds fresh pepper

Salad:
5 ears corn, brushed with oil and grilled ( remove from ear)
2 avocados, diced and sprinkled with lemon juice ( prevents browning)
2 cups tomatoes, red/yellow cherry variety
1 small red onion, finely diced
3/4 cup feta crumbled
1 1/2 cup English cucumber, skin on chopped small


Directions:
Directions:
To make dressing:

Add all above ingredients in jar with lid. Shake well. Adjust seasonings. Can make ahead.

When ready to serve salad add dressing and gently toss.
Good for 1-2 days ( max)

Salad:
Add all to large bowl and refrigerate until ready to use
