1/2 lb. sliced bacon, cut into small pieces
1 small onion, chopped
5 lbs. potatoes, peeled and chopped
8 oz. cream cheese
10.5 oz. can Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup
1 qt. chicken broth
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon in a large soup kettle for 5 minutes. Add onions and cook until soft. Add potatoes and cook 10 minutes. Add cream cheese, cream of chicken soup and chicken broth. Cook until potatoes are tender. If the soup isn't thick enough, mash some of the potatoes in the pot until the soup thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
