1 1/2 c. butter, divided
3/4 c. cocoa, divided
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
18 oz. creamy peanut butter
1/3 c. milk
10 large marshmallows
2 c. powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350º.

Melt 1 c. butter, stir in 1/2 c. cocoa till smooth. Combine eggs, sugar, vanilla in a large bowl. Beat for 1 minute. Combine flour & salt; gradually add to egg mixture. Beat in cocoa mixture. Beat well. Pour in a greased 15x10 pan. Bake for 18 - 22 minutes. Cool 10 - 15 minutes.

Microwave peanut butter, uncovered, until soft. Spread over warm brownies. Refrigerate 45 minutes or until set.

Place 1/2 c. cocoa in saucepan. Stir in milk, marshmallows & 1/2 c. butter. Cook & stir until mixed. Remove from heat. Gradually stir in powdered sugar. Spread over top of peanut butter. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
