2 oz vodka
1 t sugar syrup (simple syrup which is boiled water and sugar in equal parts)
Fresh lim juice
1/2 c ginger beer
1 sprig fresh mint
1 slice of lime

Directions:
In a copper mug if you have one, pour vodka over ice. Add sugar syrup and lim juice. Top with ginger beer and stir. Garnish with mint sprig and lime slice.
