Salmon for Six (usually 1/2 pound per person)
olive oil
salt
pepper
4T Soy Sauce
1/4 lb Butter
2 mashed garlic cloves
2 T prepared yellow mustard
Dash Worchestershire
Dash Ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Put salmon, skin side down, on a sheet of foil that has been sprayed with olive oil. Brush a small amount of olive oil on the top of the salmon along with salt and pepper. Cook on grill (on the foil) over medium heat until cooked through. Take the skin off after cooking and before serving.
While salmon is on the grill, combine last six ingredients in a pan over low heat.
Once you are ready to serve the salmon, serve it will a little sauce over it.
