2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
3 beaten eggs
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can crushed pineapple & juice
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Topping:
3/4 of 8 oz. pkg cream cheese
1/2 stick of oleo
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together with mixer for 2 minutes. Bake in a well greased Jelly Roll pan. Bake 25 -35 minutes at 350º.

Topping:
Mix cream cheese and oleo together until blended. Add sugar & nuts. Spread on cake.
