3 Lbs Frozen strawberries,
unsweetened
3 Lbs Frozen raspberries, unsweetened
1 Lb Frozen blueberries, unsweetened
16 Fl oz Cranberry-raspberry juice drink
4 Fl oz Lemon juice
12 Oz Sugar
1 Tsp Ground cinnamon
42 Oz Vanilla yogurt, low fat

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place first 4 ingredients (berries and juice) in blender or food processor and process until
smooth. Strain through a mesh sieve into large bowl to remove berry seeds, stir in lemon
juice, sugar and cinnamon
2. Cover and chill for at least 3 hours or until internal temperature registers 40° or below.
Stir in yogurt.
3. Garnish with fresh blueberries and a swirl of vanilla yogurt.
