3 Lbs Fresh zucchini, small Sliced into wide ribbons
3 Lbs Summer squash, small Sliced into wide ribbons
2 Oz Fresh garlic Minced
4 Each Lemons, zest & juice
1 Cup Fresh basil Washed & chiffonade
2 Tbsps Oil
2 Tsp Salt
To taste Ground black pepper

1. Using cleaned and sanitized meat slicer, cut zucchini and summer squash length-wise
into ribbons. Gently toss with remaining ingredients.
2. Adjust seasoning to taste and add other herbs if desired.
