Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1-whole chicken or 4 breast(cut into chunks)
(optional 2-3 cans of white chicken for faster meal)
2-cans cream of chicken or mushroom soup
2 -cans mixed vegetables (drained)
1- can chicken broth
(can add garlic powder, basil, or parsley flakes)

Pie Crust:
1 cup flour
1 cup buttermilk
1 stick margarine (melted)

Directions:
Directions:
Pie Crust: Mix to a batter (like pancake) and pour over top of vegetables
Bake 350-400º until bubbling and crust is light brown (maybe 1/2 hour)

When I make the above recipe I either use chicken breast or 3 lg. cans of chicken. I use the cream of chicken soup can to measure out 1 can of chicken broth. I use a 9 x 13 greased dish to bake the pie in.
