3 lb. hamburger
2 c. oatmeal (quick or regular)
2 eggs
1 c. chopped onion (can use onion flakes)

1/2 tsp. pepper

Sauce:
2 c. catsup

2 tbsp. liquid smoke
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. chopped onions

Directions:
Directions:
Mix meatball ingredients and shape into balls the size of walnuts. Place in a flat pan. Only 1 layer in a pan.

I make meatballs a little larger & freeze them on a cookie sheet. When frozen, I put them in a large plastic bag. That way you can use as many as you want.

For Sauce:

Mix & dissolve all sauce ingredients. Pour over meatballs. Bake for 1 hour at 350º.
