Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 cup yogurt, thick Greek style
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 prepared graham cracker pie crust
seasonal fresh berries (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, beat yogurt and cream cheese together. Add sugar, eggs and vanilla; mix well. Pour the cheesecake mixture into the graham cracker crust. Bake in a preheated 350º oven for 20 minutes. Then turn down to 325º and bake another 20 to 30 minutes until it looks golden brown. Do not over bake. Note: You can also make this in a blender to save time. Just add softened cream cheese, yogurt and sugar; blend well. Add eggs and vanilla; blend. Pour into prepared crust.

Personal Notes:
When mom first made this recipe 35 years ago, it was with the "one and only"
watery Dannon© type yogurt. It was very good, but not as dense as most cheesecakes. Now with all the great Greek style yogurts (I love Fage brand), this cheesecake is just as rich and thick as the best! Don't forget to serve with some seasonal fresh berries.
