2/3 c. boiling water
1 peg (4 serving size) jello mix
1/2 c. cold water
Ice
1 tub (8 oz) cool whip
1 graham cracker crust

Directions:
Directions:
Stir boiling water it gelatin, in large bowl, for at least 2 mins until completely dissolved. Add ice to cold water to make 1 c., add to gelatin, mix until ice is gone. Stir in whip topping with wire whisk until smooth. Refrigerate for 20mins., will be semi-set, spoon into pie crust. Refrigerate another 4 hrs or overnight.

This is probably Isaacs favorite pie either strawberry or rasberry. It was also one of my mom or Grandma Rosies favorite pies. This was one of the few things that these two agreed on, they loved each other but man did they butt heads. Isaac once had a pet crawdad, her name was Rosie, when we asked why, he said because they are both grouchy!
