Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 to 1/2 chopped/minced onion
1 large shredded carrot
2 medium shredded peeled potatoes
1 T. parsley
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 T Worcestershire sauce
6 drops Liquid Smoke
bacon to go around circumference of each burger
toothpicks (3 or 4 per burger)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Shred onions and potatoes
2. Chop or mince onion
3. Mix the above 3 ingredients with the ground beef
4. Add the other ingredients and mix
5. Form 4 or 5 large patties.
6. Wrap a strip/s bacon around the circumference of each burger and secure with three or four toothpicks; be sure to leave a short part of the toothpick showing so all can be pulled before eating
7. Broil or grill to desired doneness
