1/2 c. butter, softened
1/3 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
36 hershey's kisses, unwrapped

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugars. Beat in egg and vanilla. Add dry ingredients, mix. Roll into apx. 1in. balls. Bake apx. 8 mins. Remove from oven, press a kiss onto each cookie. Return to oven for 3 mins., or until golden brown.

Isaac made these every year with Church Grandma for Christmas, he always complained about going but came home happy that he had gone! I think this is about the only thing that is made with peanut butter that he will eat, it must be because they are grandmas!
