10 soft taco shells
2 c. cooked and shredded chicken
2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
3 T. butter
3 T. flour
2 c. chicken broth
1 c. sour cream
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º
2. Grease 9X13 pan
3. Mix chicken and 1 cup of cheese
4. Place this mixture in the taco shells and roll up the tortillas and put in pan
5. In a sauce pan...melt butter and stir in flour and cook for 1 minute
6. Add broth and whisk until smooth.
7. Heat over medium heat until thick and bubbly
8. Stir in sour cream and chilies, but do NOT boil
9. Pour over enchiladas
10. Top with remaining cheese
11. Bake 22 minutes and then place under high broil for 3 minutes to brown cheese
