1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 egg yolks
3 egg whites
1 cup whipping cream
3 tsp. lemon zest
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/2 sugar
1/4 sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle well greased 9" pie pan with graham cracker crumbs. Chill for 15 minutes. In a large bowl beat the egg whites - gradually add 1/2 cup sugar and beat until stiff and glossy. In a separate bowl beat the egg yolks and fold into the egg white mixture. Beat the whipping cream until stiff and add the lemon zest and lemon juice. Fold into egg mixture. Pour in lemon cream filling. Sprinkle 1/4 c. sugar on top of the pie.

Freeze for 1 hour and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
