1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
Filling:
1 8oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 12 oz. cool whip
2- 4 oz. pkgs. flavor instant pudding
3 c. milk
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Blend butter, pecans, flour, and sugar and pat into bottom of 9x13 pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 375º. Cool.
Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, 1/2 of the cool whip and spread
on cooled crust.
Make the pudding as directed using 3 cups of milk. Layer on top of cheese layer and then cover with remaining cool whip. Chill.
****Can sprinkle with nuts/ toasted coconut/shaved chocolate etc.
