2 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
3 T. Tender Quick
3 tsp. Liquid Smoke
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 T. peppercorn
1 T. mustard seeds
1 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix together
2. Make into 2, 3 or 4 rolls
3. Wrap in foil
4. Refrigerate for 24 hours
5. Bake 2 hours at 350º

Flavor Options are 1 T. cayenne pepper or 1 T. Teriyaki sauce

Keeps well in the freezer, but should be wrapped in freezer paper or in a freezer bag
