1/2 c. butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 c. milk
1 jar apricot preserves

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together 1/4 c. flour, 1/4 c. sugar,1 tbsp. cinnamon, and 2 tbsp. butter.
Crumble ingredients and spread in bottom of a greased bundt pan.
Beat butter, cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs. Sift all the dry ingredients together and add to mixture, alternating with the milk. Beat until smooth. Pour half of the batter into pan. Spread preserves on batter but do not let the preserves touch the side of the pan.
Add remaining batter. Bake at 350º for 50 - 60 minutes or until done.
