Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 Bag Frito's Scoops
1 Cup Granulated Sugar
1 Cup White Syrup
1 - 1 1/4 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
Baker's Dipping Chocolate
Plain M & M's
Optional: Dry Roasted Peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
STEP 1: Lightly butter an 11" X 14" cookie sheet. Pour on and spread out the Frito Scoops evenly on the pan.

STEP 2: In a medium saucepan combine the sugar and corn syrup, stirring until well blended. Over medium/high heat, bring this mixture to a very light boil. Stir in the Peanut Butter until well blended. Over medium/high heat, return the mixture to a light boil, stirring frequently, **being careful not to overcook.** You want the mixture to be creamy smooth. Remove from heat and slowly pour the mixture evenly over the Fritos being VERY CAREFUL as this mixture will be VERY HOT.

STEP 3: Melt dipping chocolate (may use one package milk chocolate chips), until smooth and drizzle over Fritos. Sprinkle M & M's over the entire pan. If you opt to use the Peanuts you can sprinkle those on as well.

Allow to cool so the chocolate sets and simply peel away bite sized clumps when served.

Great snack with or without the peanuts while watching FOOTBALL
