1lb chub of ground pork
1/2 pkg shrimp chopped
1/8 cup+ 1 tsp green onions chopped
1 heaping tsp chopped ginger
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp Soya sauce

1 pkg Won ton wrappers
2 L chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and mince ginger root to make 1 generous tsp
Chop shrimp and green onions
Place shrimp,ginger, and 1/8 cup green onions in bowl with ground pork
Add brown sugar, rice vinegar, and Soya sauce
Mix together well, cover, and let stand for 25 minutes
Lay out Won ton wrappers
Place approx. 1 tsp of meat mixture in middle of each wrapper & fold up by dampening the edges and taking one corner to meet the opposite one
Once it forms a triangle smooth edges together and take 2 bottom corners squishing them together to make what looks kind of like a crown shape
Pour Chicken Broth into soup pot and add salt and pepper
Bring to a boil and then add Won tons for 5+ minutes or until cooked
Add tsp of green onions
Serve Hot
